Goal
  • Full four-chord play-through.

Rhythm Figure + Chord Progression + Key/Capo = a reusable Practice Loop

Practice Focus

  • Continue using Rhythmic Foundations → Syncopated 16th Note Grooves → Figure #1
  • Play the full four-chord progression
  • Use two measures of triplets for additional breathing room
  • Begin with the first three circled attacks
  • Add another attack approximately every two repetitions
  • Maintain behind-the-beat placement
  • Once comfortable, other rhythm figures and chord progressions can be substituted
